Special Orders
Absolutely! We can special order many items not regularly stocked in-store or online. Send us an email or give us a call with the details. We’ll provide you with pricing and an estimated arrival time.

Payment & Pricing
Yes. Prices listed on ymga.ca are identical to in-store prices.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. We currently sell within Canada only.
Online:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and e-transfer (Canada only).
To pay by e-transfer, send payment to: yukonmotogear@gmail.com.
In-store: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Interac Debit, and Cash.
Note: Gift certificates can only be used in-store and must be presented at time of purchase.
Sales Taxes
We collect GST, PST, and HST on all orders where applicable, based on the delivery address. The 5% GST applies to all provinces unless HST takes its place.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchange or store credit (in the form of a gift certificate) for eligible items returned within 14 business days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds. In rare cases where a refund is approved, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags and packaging.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Items showing wear (bugs, dirt, pet hair, scuffs, smell, etc.) will not be accepted.
Non-returnable Items:
- Helmets
- Special orders
- Sale items
These are final sale — no exchanges or credit.
Footwear Returns:
- Try on footwear indoors on a clean surface.
- Returns must include the original box (no mailing labels).
- Scuffed, worn, or improperly packaged footwear will not be accepted.
1. Email us at yukonmotogear@gmail.com with the item name and reason for return.
2. Once approved, pack the item(s) in original packaging with tags and a copy of your receipt.

Use a tracked and insured shipping service—we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Once your return is inspected, we will email you with your store credit details.
To exchange an item for a different size or style:
- Place a new order at ymga.ca for the correct item.
- Return the original item following the return process.
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund (minus any applicable fees).
Alternative Option:
If you’d prefer us to ship the exchange after we receive your return, we’ll send you an invoice for the shipping cost.
Note: Refunds on exchanged items may take 2–7 business days to appear on your account.
