    Description

The Quatroflex Back XXS-S is a premium motorcycle back protector. Offering a seamless blend of comfort and protection, it improves rider safety without cramping your style.

Coming in at 41 cm long, 21 cm wide, and only 2 cm thick, the Quatroflex Back XXS-S is extremely lightweight, weighing just 240 grams. It’s compatible with a wide range of motorcycle jackets, including most of the Pando Moto jackets, motorcycle shirts and upper protective wear designed for sizes XXS-S.

A four-layer motorcycle back protector, the Quatroflex Back XXS-S is crafted from a highly impact resistant combination of nitrite and polynorborne rubber. It’s designed to absorb force through the memory foam, which is rated to withstand multiple impacts. This has earned it a CE Level 2 rating, meaning it’s proven to deliver top tier spine protection.

Chosen specifically for riders who value functionality, aesthetics, and safety, the Quatroflex Back XXS-S offers peace of mind while riding. Simply slot it into your gear and ride with confidence, knowing you’re protected where it counts the most.

How do I choose the right size back protector for my jacket?

Choosing the right size for your back protection can usually be done based on the size of the jacket, but you can also verify it using the product dimensions.

What is the difference between Level 1 and Level 2 CE certification?

Motorcycle back protectors are assessed and certified based on the EN1621-2:2014 standard. Based on the outcome of that testing, the back protectors are then given a CE level.

    • CE Level 1 offers basic impact protection suitable for everyday riding
    • CE Level 2 provides greater impact absorption

Quatroflex Back XXS-S motorcycle armor is certified as Level 2.

Can I wear other types of back protectors (like ski or snowboard) on my motorcycle?

When riding a motorcycle you should wear a back protector that has been specifically designed for that purpose. While skiing and snowboarding have their own risks, it’s different to motorcycling, so it’s best to opt for a purpose-made motorcycle back protector.

How should a motorcycle back protector properly fit and stay in place?

A well-fitting motorcycle back protector should cover the upper and lower back, from the base of your neck to just above your tailbone. You want it to sit close to the body, without limiting movement, and fit snuggly inside the pocket.

Are back protectors worth it for street riding?

Yes, a quality motorcycle back protector is worth it for street riding because it adds an extra layer of impact protection for your spine in the event of a crash. This can help reduce the risk of serious injury.

    Four-layer design concept

The Pando Quatroflex back armor is made of a highly impact-resistant mixture of Nitrite and Polynorbornene rubber that ends up in a memory foam that is multi-impact rated and CE certified to the highest level (EN 1621-2:2003 – level 2). In the case of a severe impact, the individual Memory foam layers will shift relative to one another, resulting in impact dispersion over a larger effective surface area, and therefore minimizing the energy that is transmitted to the spine and back.
