The KYT TT-REVO Full-Face Motorcycle Helmet brings aggressive race-inspired styling, advanced aerodynamics, excellent ventilation, and modern motorcycle protection together in a versatile helmet designed for street, sport, commuting, and performance riding.
Developed using advanced software and extensive wind-tunnel testing, the TT-REVO's aerodynamic shell and rear spoiler are engineered to improve stability and aerodynamic efficiency at varying speeds. KYT worked with aeronautical engineers during development to create a helmet that balances performance, comfort, airflow, and distinctive styling.
The shell is constructed from KYT's ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic, an injection-moulded blend of high-impact-resistant thermoplastic resins. Importantly, KYT produces the TT-REVO in three physical shell sizes and three EPS sizes, rather than relying on a single oversized shell across the entire XS–XXL range.
For Canadian riders, the TT-REVO meets both ECE 22.06 and DOT FMVSS 218 standards. A variable-density EPS impact liner and secure Double-D ring retention system complete its protective construction.

KYT manufactures the TT-REVO using three outer shell sizes across its XS–XXL commercial size range. It also uses three EPS sizes to improve ergonomics and impact-energy management.
Helmet Size Range:

KYT's published sizing chart confirms the three shell categories as S, M and L, although the table as currently displayed does not clearly map every commercial size to a specific shell. Because of that, I would not guess at an XS/S → Shell S, etc. breakdown for your Shopify page unless KYT provides a clearer mapping.
